Instrucciones:
Indica la hora en que suceden las actividades de seis personas: una mujer, un hombre, una niña, un niño, tú y yo. Por ejemplo, las niñas están leyendo un libro a las nueve. Los niños juegan en el dormitorio a las siete y media.

The most natural way to say this is:
The woman HAS BEEN listening to music for two hours.
The girl HAS BEEN dancing in the living room since 10:00.
A boy HAS BEEN playing basketball in the park since 5:30.
I HAVE BEEN reading the lesson since 7:00.
Es parecido al uso de HABER + el participio del verbo en el pasado (el preterito perfecto)
I/YOU/WE HAVE BEEN (verb + -ing)...
HE/SHE HAS BEEN (verb + -ing)...
