It's not a special day either in Madrid or in Spain (Or: It is a special day neither in Madrid nor in Spain) , so [that - optional] I'm working now (no comma) (or I'm trying to work). It's sunny, although it's a little cold. I don't know what the weather will be like tomorrow. But (no comma) I believe (no comma) the weather will be similar to today's. (More natural: But I believe it will be similar to today's).
PS Charlie has turned it into formal English; you can also simply say "Today is March..."
